Frank Hoffman, DMD
Dr. Hoffman was born in Delaware County Pennsylvania. He graduated from West Chester State College with degrees in accounting, biology and chemistry. He was awarded the DMD degree from Temple University School of Dentistry and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society at graduation. He completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency training at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City. This is one of the busiest training programs in the country and he received extensive training in all phases of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, with an emphasis on trauma surgery and surgery to correct dentofacial
deformities.Dr. Hoffman is a diplomate of The American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and a member of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association and past president of the local dental society.
He began private practice in Lehighton, Pennsylvania in 1988 and has lived in the Lehighton area since then. He has two children, one who works at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia and one who works at a Philanthropic Foundation in New York City.
During his spare time, Dr. Hoffman enjoys riding his motorcycle and bicycles. He also enjoys photography and participates in competitive shooting.
